Last night saw Rockdale City Suns grab a late equaliser against a near full strength Sydney FC in front of approximately 1600 fans at the Ilinden Sports Centre.

The game was locked at 0-0 at the half time break. Dimitri Petratos put the Sky Blues ahead half way into the second half before a late equaliser from Marino Musumeci who was on the receiving end of a nice pass from Sash Tirovski.

A great spectacle all round.  The Suns would like to thank all supporters who turned out on the night and a special thank you to the management and playing group at Sydney FC. 

A big thank you as well to all Club members who volunteered their services on the night including the ball boys from some of our Junior sides.

We wish Sydney FC all the best for the remainder of their Asian Champions League campaign.

A REMINDER THE SUNS NEXT PREMIER LEAGUE FIXTURE IS THIS SATURDAY NIGHT AT HOME AGAINST OLD RIVALS BANKSTOWN CITY LIONS.
